This past weekend, Brian and I went to Macon to spend some quality time with my parents and to attend Brian O'Rourke and Caroline's wedding.
Saturday morning we loaded up enough stuff as if we would be gone all week. Sophie was making her first overnight trip and needed all her goodies- crate, bed, toys, food with treats, etc. Mom and Jim had a picnic basket all loaded and ready for us to go to Washington Park for lunch.
It was so nice. The weather was perfect and Sophie actually behaved herself. She loved all the attention from Mom and Jim, and everyone else for that matter.
After we ate we enjoyed being outside, relaxing and catching up, before we headed downtown for Jim to test out a bike he has had his eye on. Go Jim Go!
Saturday night Brian and Caroline got married! It was a simply beautiful celebration where you could literally feel the love these two precious people have for each other. Smiles were plastered to their face the entire evening. Aren't they a stunning couple? I wish I was honeymooning in St Lucia right now with them.
