Vosges Haut-Chocolat

I ate the most incredible chocolates Ever! The sweet guy that works in our warehouse at work got everyone in the front office a special Christmas gift to share. While in Chicago before recently moving to Atlanta, he worked at a chocolate boutique called Voges Haut-Chocolat. But this is not any chocolate store. OMG! His gift to us was the Ensemble du Chocolat.

This beautiful, 17" round keepsake box houses a lovely array of soft caramels, exotic truffles, comfort foods and crunchy, chocolate covered nuts.

The package described each item in detail and even gave instructions on how to eat them to get the full experience and pleasure from each piece. Some of the atypical ingredients included: honey bee pollen, Mexican guajillo chillies, candied violet flower, sweet Indian curry powder to name a few. If you are looking for a creative and really special gift for someone, of a gift for a business client, you should check out this place. It is not cheap but quite the experience. Not to mention everything tasted amazing!
